With so many businesses out in the world, there are also many with tips, courses, books, and other resources that could benefit your business!
I actually have a few business/marketing books in mind that I absolutely love and think would be very useful for you like they were for me when I started my business.
For all the service providers/coaches out there, have you ever struggled with doubt, insecurities, and little lies you tell yourself that hold you back?
Rachel Hollis exposes those issues, discusses different strategies to overcome them, and encourages/motivates you not to hold yourself back and become the “joyous, confident” person you were always meant to be!
Overall, this is a great book that focuses on life in the digital sales world and a story about grit and understanding that you DO have control over your future. Setting boundaries is one of the main big ones in this book, and I loved that when I first started.
Based on the Title, you can probably guess that this book is ALLL about money, specifically, having a money mindset.
The author, Jen Sincero, shares both “aha!” moments and personal tidbits that have you understand and learn about various things like what’s holding you back from making money, “shake up the cocktail of creation,” how to get as wealthy as you want to be and more!
All to help you realize three things; money is just a method to the madness, if you don’t feel worthy of it, you won’t make it, and how to unlock your earning potential to get REAL results!
Honestly, I think this book is incredible, and I relate to it a lot! Nolan Garrett is a very successful business owner that shares the story of when he started his first business at 23 (just like me).
He is super honest as he talks about the mistakes and struggles it took to get his business to where it is today. He also teaches you lessons on how to communicate your underlying values, cultivate strong partnerships, and be “unshakable,” and successful.
It’s a guidebook for all of those who wish to take the first step in the right direction toward “entrepreneurship, health, and long-term happiness.”
Now this book is one of my top favorites! The author, Lindsay Teague Moreno, is a stay-at-home mom and business owner who deep dives into strategies on how ACTUALLY to make your business happen.
She gives you prompts, realistic expectations, success philosophies, and mindset work about how to create whatever you dream, as long as you have the willingness and motivation to try (not just do the work).
These books are just some of the few that have inspired me to become the businesswoman I am today. I want to create my book around business ownership and money growth in general, and my main goal is that the book will be a mix of the four I have shared with you today.
I hope these books will be able to help you as they did for me. Do you have your favorite business/marketing books that have helped you with your business? Have you already read one of the books listed above? Please leave a reply below and let me know your thoughts.
